These photos were all taken this morning at 9:30, September 17, 2022. The leaves may not be turning colors yet, but there are a lot of signs of Autumn happening at Fruitlands. The Autumn Beauty sunflowers have been putting on a show for over six weeks! They show no signs of letting up anytime soon.
All of our sunflowers were planted as part of our solidarity work, Vermont Plants Sunflowers for Ukraine. We are starting to plan for bilk seed purchases and for our printing needs for the coming year.
